Do you have Any contact Details ?
I'd like to try to reserve a CB500X and I'm out of the country at the moment.

Hi Lakota.
Maybe best to call Khun Nook on 085 1934369.
He is their new bikes salesman and he speaks good English.

You may have to join a long queue though; many orders were taken today!
Excellent choice too.

I'll add a few pics to Phil's.
Very large crowd there.
The Honda team were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

To the amazement of many, including myself, the outlet was ready on time.
The missing 'g' and 'a' were found and everything was spick and span by opening time.
Mind you, they were still preparing it at 3am this morning!

Well done guys and girls.

The Opening got off to the tune of Andy Williams (now dead) singing "The Impossible Dream" !!

Skirt lifted just enough.

Big screen TV.

DSC05688.jpg

Lots of pretty ladies.

DSC05681.jpg

This 'out-sider' stole a bit of the lime-light.

Niyom Panich boss (left) and Japanese speaking Honda Thailand boss.

DSC05697.jpg

OK girls, time to release the stallions.

Noticed that pic before, will certainly get it`s fair share of use i`m sure.

Let's know what he says about estimated delivery times please Lakota.

Well I called him today. he's said he would email me the details. ....................

nothing yet. Will he get my sense of urgency or will it be like pulling teeth as usual :hmm

He's probably in 'recovery mode' today after the frantic preps for the Grand Opening.
Worth another try Monday I reckon; Thais are not good with emails though!
Are you in CMai? If so, would be better to call in if possible.

(Or I can do so on your behalf, anonymously of course .... I owe you a favour!)

PM me if you wish, rather than on open forum.

Excellent photos of the day ;)

Thanks for sharing them.

Ally

I went into Honda Bigwing Chiang Mai today & asked them about their dyno, they said the cost is 800 Bht and hour, but they will only test Honda motorcycles.
