Found a good BMW service place

For those BMW owners who are not impressed with Barcelona Motors, Chiang Mai, I have recently had dealings with Khun Katium (Garlic) at Tium Moto Works in Chiang Mai. Some of you may be aware of this place, others not. That's why I am sharing.

He specialises on 1200GS service and repairs but also works on other BMW models.
The shop has about a dozen bikes that he is currently working on or has up for sale.
He will perform basic services on any bike but prefers to work on BMWs.
He works there alone.

I have spoken to a satisfied expat customer who has been with Tium for a number of years.

He will put a used bike on consignment for a customer too.

His business is here, not signposted, next to the yummy Maepen Seafood restaurant.

He does a lot of Motocross (and has the scars and damaged knee to prove it!)

Presently there is an excellent RT1150 in there on consignment with only about 50,000kms on it.
