Thai owner said it was a 125 bored out to 175cc.

Looks a bit large for a 125/175!!? (555 555). The designation on the front plate would be accurate IMHO.

Probably a B31 with the B33 cylinder and crank. I've got a '47 B31/B33 hybrid - started out as 350cc, now 500cc
