Now its gone up on Reuters and picked up by Yahoo News and other main outlets. Looks like using air power is diplomatically a bridge too far. Too many parallels to what's happening in Syria.

Even reading Kachinland News and Eleven Myanmar its tough to know exactly what is happening.
