A blast to Nan to visit Tony

Around-the-world Steph was on her way eastwards to Nan, we managed to co-ordinate and ride together as we wanted to see Tony (Tony's Place, Nan) who wasn't well.

Nice group of riding friends for dinner in Nan, all good friends of Tony. We managed to spend some time talking with him, he was in good spirits. Great food as usual (& new waitresses!)

The girls from Nan are back from Iran, nice to see Hot Bread open again, great breakfasts

Oddvar & Andy kindl;y offered to escort Steph to the Thai/ Laos border

We said our good byes to Steph and haeded west on R 1091, through the rain in the direction of Chiang Mai, the VP on R 1251 fogged out a little
