Any recommendations for a Motorcycle Rental place in Patong?

Outside of Patong on the Karon Rd, just after the peak of the hill past the old safari nightclub complex. There used to be a place on the downslop of the hill on the rt hand side going down.

They were western run and professional. Likely in the event of a problem you would be better handled and less likely to have issues then the beach rd cowboys.

Would advise against a super sport or high powered bike on Phuket roads. Nimble and smaller would be my choice.

Every week i used to see guy's who had come to grief on the Kathu road, i bet right now that section is super slick heading down to the Wat on the corner.

I have some multivitamins and supplements that are all over the counter in the US.

Should I be concerned about customs bringing any of those? Like I said they are over the counter in the US, no prescription required.

Vitamins and supplements are sold here over the counter - just limited selection and very pricey.

Stuff for your own use is fine.

I used 'Joe' of 'Transport Phuket' when I last went to Karon/Kata.
He's excellent; good English, safe drier, good rates and independent of the local taxi mafia groups.
(So I hope he hasn't been done away with!) :bash

I rented a motorbike 3 times for 3 days each time. My first 30 minutes on one I came back with sore knuckles and neck from being so tense. And that was on low speed city streets.

Anyhow the best 28 days of my life, didnt get much riding in but had a blast. I dont suppose there are many people really doing long rides at this time of the year with the crazy rain?

So how many of you schedule your rides for Nov-December? I was very hot the whole time I was there. I think I learned for my motorcycle trip I will have to do it then during peak tourist season which will add significantly to the cost of the trip.
