Total distance 191 km
A water crossing on the new link up track between Thi Khlo Khli and Nong Muan
Nong Muan in the distance
A large strange coloured pond along the track
A track I half explored last year heading out of Nong Muan goes all the way through to the track heading north from Pa Pae
Now heading east on a track I rode for a short way last year, after a while the track looked hardly used but I rode on then after a couple of km it showed signs of more 4 wheel use so then I knew it was going to go through and link up
A side single track finishes here
Another single track goes a bit further
The track loops round and Pa Pae in the distance doesnt seem so far away
In Ban Kok and someone is taking a shower
There are two small villages both called Ban Kok out here.
I found these villages on Google Earth a couple of weeks ago on a track going north from Kok Noi but I wasnt expecting the track to go through to make a loop
Maize, cabbages and shallots here
The Nam Mae Tho which is quite a fast flowing river
At one point I ride next to the river which is a rarity with this particular river
Looking back at Ban Kok
The lovely ridgeline track to Kok Noi after a fun days ride and a good find of three new loops
A couple of burgers from the 7-11 tonight for 75 Baht
