On the road by 8 am this morning as I knew it would be a long ride

The 4010 south of Lamphun is a bendy short cut

The Nan Mae Moei reservoir is much lower than I remember seeing it before

Approaching the Mae Ping NP and at the gates I tell them the usual that I am visiting Wat Ban Thung and dont want the NP and waterfalls, which is the truth anyway.
I always carry my Thinknet paper map here as its bi lingual and once they see Wat Ban Thung in Thai I am always let straight in for free
