The street cleaners are busy today, I was expecting a visit from a VIP but they said nobody is coming
Now to follow this offroad track that runs alongside the Mae Sariang river
She is busy picking the tops from the trees
Along here I have company, a guy is chopping bamboos
These lot have been fishing going by the harpoon guns I could see them carrying
Now I am walking alongside the Yuam river but they are getting closer together now
The double track finishes here and even bikes cant go any further, he beckons me to go on despite the danger pesticides posters all over the place
This is what I now have to follow to reach the confluence
The Mae Sariang river again
Now I am walking on the dried up bed of one of the rivers
Its getting harder to get through now
I was about to give up at this point but standing on tip toe I could see the river just ahead so I crawled through here
At last I am there

I walk back upstream along the Mae Sariang river for a bit hoping to find a better way back but as I didnt want my boots soaked I soon walked back the way I came
Halfway back and here it looks like a field on the other side of the Mae Sariang river, I will explore that possibly tomorrow
Tobacco, Maize and lots of other crops all grown here
Back in town and this snake on the road had been run over
