This track has been made since I mapped this area so it needed exploring
A coffee shop and Thai massage was among the things on offer at the end of it
An interesting charcoal kiln
A couple of new tracks link up with this one I rode some years ago
He is finding lots of wood amongst the ashes
He has a large pile amassed already
I expected this ride through the bamboo trees to be short and sweet but it led to lots of unmapped tracks and another way into Ban Pa Rai Nuea

At what I first thought looked like a crematorium turned out to be a graveyard
Not long gone
Finally I reach Ban Pa Rai Nuea
Its actually quite a large village
An unmapped track goes out from it southwards
And it links up with what I mapped years ago
Another track follows the river heading west and I was hoping it would take me to the 105
No reason to ride through as its only access for the crops
The track was nowhere near as good now so I asked him if I could get to Mae Ramat this way.
I was delighted to be told I could as I didnt want to have to ride all the way back again from this point
Rocky road and rocky riverbed, not much water flowing now as most of it was diverted back at the weir
Suddenly there is water again, must be another weir up ahead
There were a few more as well before I reached the 105
Hot and fiery chicken Karahi and rice at Bismillah, 250 Baht
