An unnumbered twisty paved road

Looks like some building work is taking place here

The concrete is being knocked up and there are plenty of blocks to lay, I clear off before someone hands me a trowel

I thought this track might have something interesting to offer as it had a sign at the start, but nothing down it

Now this fun single track took me a long time to finish exploring its offshoots

It kept on splitting in different directions

Interesting fungus growing on this tree

The single track even goes through a dried up riverbed

The only water left here

I am at the end of one offshoot and climb up to see what is over the hill

There is no way the Wave can get up there unless I carry it up

According to the Garmin GPS map I am now on a double track that will lead me back to the highway but its much harder riding than what the single track was

The photo doesnt show how awkward negotiating this was going to be, I was glad I was on the Wave as I would have tiurned round on anything bigger.
It was a bit of a struggle manhandling the Wave down into the gulley then back up again on the other side

Finally I reach the double track

That looks like the ideal lunch spot

This stick insect was on my back when I stopped then it decided my rack was its home

It just clung on tightly even when it was touched

After I had eaten I saw it had left the bike

More tracks found out here than I was expecting

Looking over at where the single track starts that I found last week that led through the hill to the 1175

Chicken tikka masala and rice at Bismillah 250 Baht, a very delicious meal
