Largely about events Pre-1975.
A few available via AsiaBooks in Thailand and Monument Books in Laos. Or via Amazon.com: Online Shopping for Electronics, Apparel, Computers, Books, DVDs & more or my favorite source for 2nd hand books: AbeBooks Official Site - New & Used Books, New & Used Textbooks, Rare & Out of Print Books
Some downloadable.

Readings on Laos
-- SHOOTING AT THE MOON by Roger Warner, an easy read, somewhat limited in scope to the SGU, VP and MR-II
-- SHADOW WAR by Ken Conboy, a very detailed history, heavily footnoted, about Laos from early on and covering the entire country, all MRs, a pretty boring read because of the detail, but it's the book I keep about three feet from my right foot for ready reference.
-- TRAGEDY IN PARADISE by Doc Charles "Jigs" Weldon, about his 11 years in Laos as head of USAID's Public Health Division, also focused on MR-II
-- Sunsets, Bulldozers, and Elephants: Twelve Years in Laos, The Stories I Never Told by Howie Lewin, former IVS & USAID/Laos
Sunsets Bulldozers and Elephants
-- A People's History of the Hmong, by Paul Hillmer [note: check pg 212 for my comment on INS]
Following are downloadable, some I've had printed out:
-- History of CAT/Air America
Supporting the "Secret War"
CIA AIR OPERATIONS IN LAOS 1955-1974 (U)
