I'm relocating to Chiang Mai and wish to buy a small underbones type bike like the Honda Wave around 125cc.

Does anybody have one for sale?

Mr. P

I will personally look around for you, shouldn't be too difficult.

There's an interesting second hand motorbike market on the 1001 near Mae Jo on sunday mornings, near the new Mcdonalds, so im told by my bike rental friend.

A few of the Mae Jo bike guys meet up down there on a sunday morning, i've been meaning to stop by.

Lots of bikes for sale in CM here:

Also I saw a nice CBR150R for sale in CM here:

Though the CBR150 is a more of a real motorcycle with a clutch than the Wave.

You can buy brand new fuel injected Wave110's for around 34k, which really is a heck of a good deal when you consider the high resale prices a lot of the junk out there manages to hold.

I want a real clutch motorbike since I want to upgrade to a bigger bike later. So the CBR150R is perfect. The thread you cite indicates 10000 km on the odometer, and for the same price I can buy a new Wave. So if the previous owner is truthful about selling because he is buying a car, the used Honda CBR150R might be a good deal.

The new out CBR250 R for 107,000 bht (some say you can buy for 98,000bht but i havnt seen this price anywhere) is an amazing buy.

Big fuel tank with 300km + range, stock seat comfortable, plenty of space for luggage for a trip.

I'm told they have now sold out in Chiang Mai
