Why you should have barkbusters

Closed or open barkbusters can save your riding day. (and your fingers).

I took them off the other day to do some bending and forget to put them back on.
Lucky me I took my hand of the throttle as soon i knew i would hit that tree.



What are you using open or closed.
Advantage closed it will save your leavers but when you go over the bars and your wrists slide in them you will brake them for sure.
Advantage open is it will prevent from wrist braking going over the bar but it will not save your leavers crashing on hard pan.

Had them on every dirt bike I have had, been over the bars many times, not broken a wrist yet (not on the bike anyway). Must have saved about a hundred levers and scraped knuckles.
