Video: Quick Chick on a Ducati999

Sunday yesterday I went for my usual Sunday ride up the hills of Genting.Went to the usual RV point and saw a young girl who came alone on a Ducati999. Spoke to her and it turns out that she is going the same way. So I hooked up my GoPro, set it on 1080p and let the camera roll.

As we were leaving another friend turned up on his RC8R, and we all rode together up Genting. We got to pretty high speeds on the highway, I saw 180km/h a few times on my R1200GS speedometer.

Its hilarious on those roads when we lie in wait with our pannier equipped dual purpose bikes then ambush the leather clad knee scraping sportsbike riders and hound them all the way to the Coffee shop on top of the mountain.

Similar to the Lampang to Chiang Mai road...... bloody awesome scratching a fully dressed Ultra at about 140 on that baby!! Trouble is the Thai drivers are no-where near as well behaved as those Malaysian 4 wheelers so you continually dodging lane-drifters! Fun fun fun!
