Suzuki have announced that they will be officially selling the new Suzuki GSX-S1000 ABS in Thailand. They have said the price will be in the range 500,000 Bht - 599,000 Bht. Looks like a great touring bike for sure.

The rivals:
THE RIVALS
Honda CB1000R ABS, £9,999
Honda's ageing, Fireblade-powered four looks good in this year's fresh paintwork but it's heavier than the GSX-S as well as more expensive, and its 123bhp engine is less powerful.
Kawasaki Z1000 ABS, £9,899
Revamped last year, Kawasaki's aggressively-styled four has similar 140bhp output and is a very worthy opponent, but costs slightly more and isn't quite as agile as the lighter Suzuki.
Yamaha MT-09 ABS, £6,949
The naked sports bike that sparked Yamaha's revival is a 113bhp triple that can't match the Suzuki for power but compensates with light weight, distinctive character and a low price.
