Can't believe it has been 12 months since the previous Santa report!

This time Santa could not find any Helpers but it all worked out well.

First stop was at the main Temple in Doi Saket.

This Monk is always friendly and happy for a chat.

Santa was treated to some water-melon before departing on his kanum-giving ride around the Doi Saket area.

First stop was a local kindergarten.

This delightful teacher was so friendly and full of personality.
She reversed the roles and actually gave Santa some fruit and noodles!
This little angel presented herself wearing a matching outfit. So sweet.
(Oh dear, Santa must trim that beard before next tour of duty).

Onward to the next village.

This little chap's grandparents take him out on this side-car every day just to look at cattle.
I see them every afternoon.
The little chap is intrigued by cattle, bless him.

The lad on the right seems to be in deep contemplation of the kanum he will soon devour.

Onwards.

Santa saw three sets of twins on his circuit.
Something in the local water?

To the local horticulturist's home where Mr Bold was waiting.

These are out and about.

Onwards to the retired police officer.
Santa selects his friends very carefully.

And one of the local teachers.

A few delightful hours amongst friendly and appreciative locals and Santa was ready to relax.

Postscript.
Because Santa didn't have a pocket in his trousers he carried his mobile 'phone
inside that big red bag with all of the treats.
Upon opening the bag at one road-side stop one keen little urchin grabbed the 'phone
from amongst all of the edible treats thinking it was an option for him!
He was slightly consoled when he was able to grab a double dose of treats after he handed the 'phone back to Santa.

Post postscript.

This little trio missed out yesterday so Santa had to kick Vespa (Vizen's brother) into life today
and visit them. Mum said she was a little girl for today!
