Thought initially that it would be the water puddle at the turnoff to the Mae Kampong Waterfall at Rd 4074 but the corner with the puddle is much sharper there so I put my bet on the road from Mae Hong Son to the long neck villages where there are several of these concrete river crossing with slimey green stuf.

I did in April on my way in through the last crossing, on my HD Nighster with half body soaking wet with algae stained all over...lol
