The long awaited fare and journey time lists (proposed) are finally available for the Pattaya-Hua Hin ferry.
The company operating the Pattaya-Hua Hin ferry service, Royal Passenger Liner Co. announced that after discussions with Thailand’s Marine Department the current projected ticket prices will be set at 1,200 baht for a one-way, hour and a half journey.
Currently the company is only scheduled to begin service with one vessel with a guest capacity of 150 people.
The service will begin with a free trial period of about 2 or 3 days prior to the official launch but dates are still to be determined
Hoping you’ll get a chance to take place in the trials? The test service will operate with a departure from Hua Hin at 08:30 and the return is set to head back to the Hua Hin area from Pattaya at 15:30.
Royal Passenger Liner Co. has stated that although they are only beginning with one operating ferry, if the popularity and demand is there, the people could see a second vessel hit the waters very soon.
