Nong Khaem (south of Arunathai)

An interesting ride through the karst mountains south of Arunothai near Nong Khaem. This is a great short ride where there is still a lot of exploring to do on many unmarked single and double tracks, some of the single tracks are perilously steep in this type of country and dry weather only! It’s a picturesque region with beautiful karst mountains everywhere, dotted with small hill tribe villages and friendly people, you could use Arunothai as a base and spend days up here exploring some very unusual country.
