A wet night and morning but not enough rain to dirty the Nan rivers colour or raise the level
The crops all got a soaking
Staying close to town today as the rain is due back late this afternoon, plus I want level ground today and not steep hills with that red clay
Not enough rain to stop the fires though
These quick drying tracks are ideal for today
An unknown reservoir along the way
Yesterday I noticed unmapped asphalt that I had missed close to town so that was rode and mapped too
No doubt tonights meal is coming out of there
I rode this track the same speed today as I would in the dry, the only noticeable difference being there was no cloud of dust thrown up
The peanut crop having fertiliser scattered over it
The track finished in the rubber forest and in the middle of it I thought it was night time as it was so dark
Some fun local tracks found today and for once I didn't need to oil my chain at the end of it, surprising what the difference no dust made
