R1 Peter just hit a dog and wrote off his R1, he would love that bike.

Hitting with the throttle open saves the bike most of the times...even if it is not the instinctive thing to do. Many tend to hit the brakes and brace for impact which is usually resulting in a bad outcome, training to do the right thing until it becomes instinctive is essential, especially here in Thailand where chicken and dogs are so plenty on the roads.
