My Kawasaki KLX 250 Has Been Overhauled

This is what the replaced bearings looked like after 60,000 km, a lot of that on dirt



Some of the replaced parts.
The total bill was 9106 Baht, of this only 1500 Baht was for the labour charge despite it taking a full two days to do.
In the UK the cheapest bike garage I know charge 2000 Baht per hour labour and most around 2500 Baht.
The bike now feels brand new again and hopefully another 60,000 km can be achieved on it trouble free

Must feel great now after all the dirt trail mapping it's absorbed.

Looks like you have replaced almost every bearing Colin, is that your first cam chain replacement ?

I asked the mechanic to replace the lot Alex and they were except for the swinging arm which he said only needed a bit of grease in it

I dont think any of them were shot Mark but it was a good idea to have them all done at once so the bike feels new again
