I plan to enter Thailand thru Koh Kong/Had Lek border crossing and wondering which company/office I should be looking for to get 3rd party motorcycle insurance for Thailand.

Last time I went thru, they did not issue it at that border crossing so I suspect Trat will be be the closest place I can get it.

If anyone knows the company name and office location of the appropriate insurance office in Trat that would be helpful.
 
Bill - only one company is licensed to sell the 3rd party government insurance for bikes.

There is a link on the "Contact Us" page that will take you to a list of all their offices - but the list is in Thai.

Here in Chiang Mai, they have a small office at the motorcycle MV office. Might be the same in Trat.

Would other companies act as agents for rvp ?
