Market fire in Chiang Mai last night

I heard lots of sirens last night, around 10pm. Didn't think much of it, but went for a look about 11pm and it was all over bar the shouting.

It was on 107, about 150 metres from the moat.

Crappy phone photo, but they had 107 blocked off... lots of fire trucks and general chaos. Smoke still rising, just above and left of centre in this photo



Wandered down for a look this morning. The entire mini market is wiped out. Maybe 75 - 100 families had all their equipment and stock destroyed.



Someone tried hard to save some stock... but it's all stuffed
