BIKE WEEK IN MALAYSIA – February 24-25, 2012
The NORTHERN BIKERS motorcycle club from Malaysia (http://www.northernbikers.com for those multi-lingual) have invited all motorbike riders looking for fun Malaysian style to the 1st Kendah Bike Week. Dr. Noor Azmi Hashim told me this would be a premier motorcycle event, held at the Darulaman Theme Park, Jitra, Kedah. The location is just south of the Thai border. The President of the club added, “All bikes are welcome, any kind, type or age.” Members of the club were looping through Thailand promoting their event while enjoying the camaraderie shared by multi-brand riders they met along their route. The group of the club members stopped at the Rider’s Corner Restaurant and Bar after learning it was the northern touch-point for serious motorbike travelers Asia.
