These modified bikes especially Honda Sonics are always out on the dirt tracks I ride and get there just as easily (sometimes easier) as I do on the KLX

Never before have I tried it with honey in it though, it certainly was a lot more pleasant than having it with sugar

They have a much better grinder here now, I remember coming up here a few years ago and it took a month of sundays to grind it

All properly sealed while I watched

A double portion of chicken curry 70 Baht, shame its only that bland white rice though

Are they 100% Arabica beans Captain? 2100 baht for 6 kilo is 350 Baht a kilo.
I pay 600 something baht a kilo for Doi Chaang or Doi Luang beans here!

Yes Marcel they are 100% Arabica beans, coffee is expensive up around the Nan area with people telling me they pay that sort of money there.
I dont understand the pricing of it out here as its grown and roasted in Huay Hom.

I can buy coffee cheaper in Malaysia and its imported there, a friend buys his in France for about 3 Euros per kg and thats imported too, so why is it so expensive in Thailand?

Normally these are mixes of beans from various countries and Arabica and Robusta beans.
Thailand is one of the few countries in the world that developed the single estate product.
Most of the time from the better tasting Arabica beans, a far better cup of coffee is the result.

I noted it was very cheap also.. I am usually on the look out for trying new whole beans if the roast is right and they are 100% arabica, that price is very cheap compared to what I find.

I guess its by cutting out any middlemen and distribution.
