Mae Hong Son tribal singing & rock concert 4th May, 2012
Date: Friday 4th May 2012.
First of its kind in Mae Hong Son, this will be an interesting event involving live performances from tribal groups and modern musicians. The idea and organization was started by George, the owner of the Sunflower restaurant, which is on the lake in Mae Hong Son.
The event will be based out of the Sunflower restaurant (beside the lake), lakeside road will be closed for the event. The concert will start around 6pm (on Friday 4th May 2012), music will probably start around 7pm.
The event is on Friday, because the Saturday is Buddhist holiday and no alcohol will be sold. Looks like some excellent preparation is going into the event, so would be a great night out with a decent ride to get there.
