KTM 400 Adventure to be manufactured in India

I reports from our friends at Bike India are to be believed KTM has finally showed green flag to the 400 Adventure bike for India. After unleashing beasts like Duke and RC, 400 Adventure will be the next big thing KTM will be offering to the Indian market. The new 400 Adventure will be sharing the same 373.2cc single-cylinder FI, DOHC four-valve motor and will be tuned to produce more torque at low rev range.




Adventure might be launched around end of this year and might be offered around a price tag of INR 2.75 Lakhs.

gosh..what a cutey! and looks like less then 200000bht! (?) ..options:

1)moving to India and buy 3 different colors
2)pay an unfair amount of taxes etc and import one to TH
3)try to snick one in via Myanmar in someway

Fantastic news for value-conscious adv riders! Would indeed be the fulfilment of every true adv rider's dream. Almost seems to be too good to be true...

Wait a minute! Look a bit closer at the photos accompanying the article on BikePortal... looks more than similar to their big twin adv KTM... and have a look at the article's publishing date!!! :LOL
