Phil, I tried that on my order but no luck, you could use a forwarding agent like myus.com and they would take out the documents and make the package however you want.

Checkout shipito.com west coast USA- you fill in the amount of goods and they will send it anywhere in the world to you. I just received an order from them and customs only hit me for that amount, not the actual amount. But.. there is always a chance they nail you. Oh yeah and I used to live 10minutes from atomic-moto guy Brian in Oregon, nice guy
