There is an interesting video on the motorcyclenews(uk) website where they race an R1,a WR 450, a Porsche 911 and a Mitsu Evo on a track carved out of the ice in Lapland. The guy on the R1 gets it up to 160mph and gets round the corners very well.

Nice, to me it looks like riding the WR requires the most skills.

Yes, the WR rider can certainly control it well. I can't see too well in the video but it looks as though he is running on tyres without spikes?

I would say certainly different skills required in riding the R1 and the WR.
