I'm sure you meant "Always stored INDOORS"...the other meaning would make it a little small or flat :LOL

In Surin the Pilot3 set (190/50 rear and 120/60 front) goes for 15k list price and was 12,500baht installed balanced and nitrogen filled last time I had it done for my FJR...maybe you should consider not using the dealer for tires...just a hint (because over 7,500 baht for the same tires seems a little steep markup). Cheers...

This is a stunning, quality, long distance touring bike that's been taken care of. The owner wants it sold, it's a bargain for someone for sure.

The tyres were 13,500thb and the rest was the service cost,brake pads and few other bits that needed replacing....

Absolutely it is...and these triples are solid engines too with loads of torque.

Hope the OP doesn't mind but i'm interested to hear your opinion on Nitrogen use in tires for road going vehicles.

Having a racing and gas industry background i don't see the need or any advantage in using it.

Oh,and that's one lovely Trumpy and should find a new owner fairly quick.

Isn't it that nitrogen goes through the tire less than air mix.. So you get both longer stability at pressure over time and also less pressure variance over temp ??

One shop offered to do it on my car, for a minimal fee.. But then they just filled it, rather than the fill purge fill purge fill etc they are supposed to do.. When I pointed this out I got the no this is how it's done in Thailand spiel (eg badly) and as it wasn't expensive I just gave up and never did it again.

I am interested in looking into the Triumph a little further, but would appreciate your thoughts. I understand that the bike has been for sale for some considerable period of time, and given the quite high kms traveled, would like to know if your are now more flexible on the asking price?

thanks for the interest....well there could be little wiggle room but not too much .
Its an awesome bike and in great condition ...and to be honest if i dont sell it , i'm more than happy to keep her...hence me not posting anything for months at a time or posting it everywhere.

Great looking machine, I still would love to have had my Brothers speed triple, the original unfaired one, I think it's was about a 1993 model. There was a Speed Triple race series in the UK which I think Ron Haslam won. This bike will mean a lot to me for being British and a Triumph. Thanks again Neil.
