Best value quality hotel I could find in Hong Kong when i was there for 4 months was the Island Pacific hotel


Rooms are small but decent, great views across the river

As you may be aware Hong Kong hotels are extremely expensive, I paid about USD$ 145 a night, published rate is around USD$ 215 a night.
