Does anyone know for sure if there is an Exit Fee for leaving Cambodia?

No exit fee..

Or rather there is an airport tax fee, built into the air ticket.. That Cambodians claim back at a desk after checking in.. IIRC its 7 dollars but you dont pay it at land border or as a fee that you have to meet outside of the ticket price.

So they did away with the $25 Departure Tax when flying out of Phnom Penh?

BWG950S,

Yes, I remember being surprised and annoyed (with many others) at having to fork out $25 to leave the place. It sure wasn't built into the ticket price.
Credit card wouldn't be accepted and correct US currency was required. Many angry people.

Thanks LivinLOS; no land border exit fee. Good.

The E Visa is not available for all entry points, which is shown in the first and on the web page, but this is only useful if you know which port you are coming in from? After completing half of the online application it seems my port of entry is not covered. They have a popup map on the page which explains in more detail, but in my case for Dong Kralo I can only buy the visa on entry, not online.
