Bump Starting Bikes...A New Approach

Looks easier than it is. Tried this in the Cardamom Mountains. Needless to say it did not work for me. Must of been because the second bike was a XR 650R and not another 950 Adventure. LOL

me too got the techy's trying to figure out why the youtube isn't working

You can use a Honda dream etc to start a bigger bike as well

Just remember to hold the front break of the dream down hard - that comes from personal experience!

Harri's XR 650 did not have a center stand. We stacked some rocks up under the skid plate and ratchet strapped both bikes together...Still did not work.

was it the compression load mismatch of the 950 that made it fail?
