Sorry, have my heart set on the Gmax helmets as airflow seems to be a big issue for me... had one sent here according to their sizing chart, but of course it was just a bit on the small side for me... I've now ordered an XXL and am selling the XL...

Grateful ya thought of me, Phil, but I really wanted something I could use on long road rides, sometimes at higher speeds (say 140-ish), with good airflow... the Gmax was perfect for me, just got one a tad too small.

i ordered a modular helmet from the states using a sizing chart, however when I received it the fit was uncomfortable. Persevered with it and it became very comfortable. Some helmets are designed with memory foam meaning they will mould to the shape of your head given time. Maybe worth while giving it a second chance and see if it loosens up. Only a suggestion....
