Hunglay moo with two portions of rice from a 7-11, I wasn't too impressed with the black rice but the brown was delicious, 75 Baht

She tells me the water is delicious and invites me to drink it but I stick to my bottle

A village along the track is also called Mae Ho

No escaping coffee trees now

Back out in the open and great views too

The fallen tree explains why the track which is a double track is getting overgrown and only used by motorcycles at the moment

Young coffee trees along here

A new track which links up with one I rode a few years back

She takes me to the coffee shop where I purchase half a kg of ground coffee for 200 Baht

Inside the Karen museum

It can only roast 3 kg at a time, not on the scale of Huai Hom at the moment but its a relatively new project here

Riding back to Mae Ho I bump into this lovely Karen girl who takes me to where they roast the coffee

I didn't hang around here too long as you can see there is a swarm of wasps buzzing around the roof

Finally I meet someone along this track

Cabbages and coffee for todays ride

Another track and some burning has taken place here

A bit further along and theres loads of coffee drying

Exploring a side track in Mae Ho and I see the guy is picking coffee
