4.5-17-tubes in Vientanne (LAO) or Udon Thani (T)

Hi mates,

we are a mc-globetrotter-couple, currently in Laos (Luang Prabang) and in urgent need of a new tube for a 130-80-17 rear tire. Usually I would use a 4.5-17 or 4.75-17.
Best thing I could get here in town was 3.25/3.5. They called Vientanne and told me, even there are no bigger sizes available.

Do you know a place in Vinetanne (Laos) or Udon Thani (Thailand), where I can get one?
