After all the rain yesterday afternoon and evening I decided to ride the paved 3010 and the 1270 to see how things were looking
Looking down at Ban Dong where I was two days ago
New telegraph poles along the 1266
Now in Huai Ha
The track linking Huai Ha to the 1270 is the only unpaved bit of todays ride
I was too slow with the camera to catch the whole snake
Parts of this track were bone dry but some of the concrete sections in the shade were still wet
Time for some mud now
The 1270 is paved heading north and the section of it that I rode to the 3010 was also fully paved
In Santhitam
Sunflowers out along the 3010
It wasnt many years ago when this was all dirt and lots of deep bulldust at times
If this rain keeps up the countryside will still be like this when I go home at the end of march
Some wet weather damage
This unmapped track is too steep and wet to try at the moment
Yesterdays rain was widespread
The Mae Sariang river wasnt this colour two days ago
A nice big rock got dislodged in the wet season
Sausage chips and onions at Sawaddee 120 Baht
