Double portion of spicy chicken with rice at the Muslim restaurant 50 Baht

I was actually relieved to see the paved surface as I was dreading a fallen tree blocking the track and having to ride back.
I gave the NP guy a wave as I rode through the gate

I had to dismount for this one and manhandle the bike under

These fallen trees are getting lower

Now on the track that will take me inside the NP

Ideal for putting her washed vegetables on

I wondered what she was doing with that plank

That bridge looks a bit wonky

The locals busy utilising those large leaves

This was annoying as the track carried on but there was no way to get past

I ride on and the track becomes single track and goes for a good way

While I am having lunch he rides past with his load

The end of another track

Friendly teachers at the school, I even get offered strawberries

Quite a few of these log bridges crossing over the irrigation canal

I was wondering how far it would go, this deep hole soon answered my question

This is a dried up stream bed

It soon becomes single track

The first bit of unpaved today

I couldn't be bothered to walk to the Buddah so these shots through the trees will do

Good views from up here at the Chedi but the haze at this altitude spoils the photos

Dry as a bone here

Off to the Salawin NP to explore a track inside it but at the gate he was adamant that I had to pay 100 Baht, I said I am going to Ta Ta Fang and don't want the NP but he wouldn't budge. I decided the best way was to explore the track from its other end on the ride home
