A slice of delicious egg tart 25 Baht

Chicken leg with potatoes, carrots and garlic bread at Corsica 114 Baht

Now to ride up there to Sab Moei

Fuel sold here

Back in Um Da Tai

Riding back and the stream bed is the track for a while

At the very end of the track and he has just finished doing what I am about to do, enjoy a well deserved piss

I met these two near the end of the track which went for a few km and they had to walk back

A water crossing which was nice and cool

A track goes out south from here, Tom wants a long break so I explore it alone

Looking down on Um Da Tai

At last we reach a village and the track is good now

At the wash out we easily get the bikes down but getting out again took a bit of effort

The track is steep and badly rutted and only passable by motorbikes at the moment

I don't know what Tom has got in that box but it has some capacity

We stop in Mae Ok for our lunch break and here Tom gets a bottle of water which is often not the easiest thing to buy in these villages.
They will sell you beer, Coke or Red Bull but don't have any water to sell

It soon becomes apparent why

Once we pass this settlement the track that was widely used a year ago doesn't look like its used apart from motorbikes

In the next village and this girl spoke good English

Tom blasting off up the hill, these tracks are nice and dry out in the sun but a bit tricky in the shade

The first of many villages we pass through today

A small water crossing just off the 108

Tom contacted me through my website and wanted to meet up to ride together, so off we go
