It was a 6.30 am start from Chiang Mai, a good time to get away with a lot less traffic to put up with



The KLX is well laden and it was a bit slow going up the steep hills



A lot of water flowing down right now





I see waterfalls today where I have never seen them before





More water then I have seen here before



Even standing here I was getting wet from the spray



Great scenery riding up







The pagodas are clearly seen with no haze which is pleasant







As I descend towards Mae Chaem it gets cloudy and not so warm now

This small reservoir was full to the overflow with muddy brown water











Getting closer to the 108 and it gets sunnier again

Did you get stung for the national park fee even though you were just passing through?

No Tim I have never paid it, I simply said I was riding through to Mae Chaem as usual and was told to carry on

I bet you could pull a wheelie fairly easy with that load... I'm always impressed with the little 150. How many KM's do you have on this bike now?
