When I rode over the weir yesterday I remarked on how the water level will never get as high again, the current high level is a few metres lower than it once was.
It would be interesting to know why the drop in levels, unless this one never dries up and a higher level isnt needed to conserve more water

The manageress of Bismillah messaged me this on FB this morning saying they wanted me to try it tonight, I have never heard of this meal before but I am looking forward to trying it
