A completely dry reservoir
Its getting a bit hazy now
In the centre of the photo is a white Buddah but I cant see a way up to it
None of these tracks are going to cross that
The track loops round and I can see a way back to the paved road
Another paved road takes me up to Wat Khao Thampothong where the white Buddah is
Falling down there in the dark with no one around doesnt sound like much fun
This place I am riding around is opposite the Mae Ka Sa hot springs
A few workers in here tending the grounds
He points up there
Quite why he thinks I might want to go up there I dont know
This worker appears to have a burst water pipe problem
He quickly fixes it
Suddenly the wind picks up and I can feel a change in the air, its a lot cooler and I am wondering if we are going to get some rain
The trees roots like like they are levelling out at the high water mark
Lots more tracks as I ride further north
Mainly link up tracks today which is a lot better than just dead ends
I thought that was turning into where I am exiting from
But then it just carried on past
A large portion of chicken tikka botti and two garlic naans at Bismillah, 200 Baht, spicy, delicious and filling as is the norm here
