Chickem massaman curry and rice at North West GH 80 Baht

At the 105 the ice cream man is there but melted ice cream isn't my idea of fun so I give it a miss

Time to ride back after a fun days ride

This lady has baby pig and finally calm descends upon the village again

Mummy pig runs after the guy as he carries the sack away

All of a sudden theres a lot of squealing as one of the baby pigs is picked out and put into a sack.
The father pig was running at the guy with his mouth open and needed pushing away

More home made toys

I descend into Chaloeng Nuea but the track finishes here so the other villages need to be found from a different direction

Different villages ahead and it looks like a track links them up

Even the photo shows that as steep, in places today the track was still damp red clay and it was interesting on the steep bits

From the school I can see Huai La-U but couldn't find the track to get there unfortunately, hopefully some other time

Fuel sold here as it is pretty much everywhere

Now in Mae Pa Noi

Home made wheels

Nearly back at the settlement

The track gets narrow and has no tyre tracks so I turn around while I can and ride back

After the school its single track

The school in a settlement further along

Another village through the trees

The photo cant capture the steepness of that hill, the loose surface doesn't help either

Mae Pa Khi is my first village

Low clouds but it could be because I am up at a high altitude out here

My hand is not hurting using the front brake so its out exploring again
