A dead snake on the road, possibly the cold killed it as its was freezing up in the mountains today
At times it briefly warmed up when the sun came out but it didnt last long
A long load on the back of the bike
In Ban La Ta, a new small settlement on a previously unmapped track
A rather large pig but it was rather camera shy and kept on running off when I pointed it in the pigs direction
More shallots will be planted here
A single track wooden bridge leads out the other exit from the settlement so its motorbikes only now
A happy family along the track
A long single track that looped back to the 1266

In Mae Pi Khi
On the 1266 and its an awful cold foggy day at the 1250 metres altitude
I get to ride on a freshly widened track
The bike gets jammed on this narrow track and I cant turn it around so it had to go down backwards which was fun
350 metres lower in the valley and its sunny and a lot warmer
Lots of timber being towed by bikes today
In Du La Poe and its time to get those fires going
Coffee trees everywhere in this area
A depressing sight after the lovely sunshine of the past three days
