Photos and trip report last to first today

We call in to see a friend who owns a resort here in Mae Sariang and get invited to dinner on wednesday, turkey was mentioned as being on the menu so possibly there might only be two of them here running about then

A large woven basket

Almost back to the 105 now

Lisa relaxes in the shade while I walk for the photos

I never noticed these on my previous trip here

Normally buffaloes are pulling things along but here its the buffalo being pulled along

A rather large spider in its web

Finally up near the top we are out of the shade and the track is drier

One section was too steep and slippery so Lisa walked up while I managed to get the bike up

It was fine for a while then the track got wetter and muddier

I jokingly said to Lisa that this dirt track will take us back to the 105 and as she enjoyed yesterdays offroad adventure she said lets go for it, I wasnt expecting that and wondered if we would manage it given the recent heavy rain

Baby slept through our stay

In the small village on the other side where we are invited inside for a snack

Lisa walks over and I ride over

The paved surface finishes and we ride on to the suspension bridge

The lady walking with that bag on her back finds a lift

Surprised no one is here fishing on a public holiday

Beautiful scenery riding through here

The water channel appears to be completely blocked with debris

Not far inside and I have never seen water running over the road here before

The start of the Mae Ngao NP

Penang chicken curry and rice at Sawaddee 100 Baht
